Small Toaster Oven

!±8± Small Toaster Oven

Small toaster ovens are more popular than ever. A small oven toaster gives you all of the basic features that a large toaster has to offer as well - but at a fragment of the counter top space usually required and at a fraction of the price you would have to pay for a full-size toaster oven.

Cooking frozen foods, sauteing, and baking can all be done by using the single rack that a small oven toaster has to offer, and naturally, they can handle basic toasting quite well (so, why bother buying a huge toaster oven?). A small toaster oven is a very popular choice for many people - be it singles or entire families. However, busy singles tend to get more value out of small toaster ovens as they save a) on counter top space and b) money due to the small toaster oven being so much more affordable. Toaster ovens are more compact to fit into any size kitchen space and it can be used to cook a fast and easy dinner for one or two with not much efforts.

Small toasters are kitchen appliances that resemble both a tiny little oven, and a full size toaster. Small Toaster Ovens use less electrical power than normal ovens and they produce less heat which is really nice during summer time when the sun is already heating up your house or apartment. They are easy to clean and to maintain. Pricing for a good, but a cheap toaster oven starts at around .00 depending on which retailer you choose. You will find brand name toaster ovens like Krups Toaster Oven or Panasonic Toaster Ovens as well as many no-name brands, too.

I personally recommend to buy a brand name toaster as those appliances really meet high quality standards. I'd hate to go back to Wal-Mart after 35 days with a broken toaster oven. I prefer quality that lasts.

How To Pick The Best Coffee Maker For Your Needs

!±8± How To Pick The Best Coffee Maker For Your Needs

Nearly every coffee lover would like to have the best coffee maker in their own home and office. For the serious coffee lover, even the RV must have a perfect machine. But different machines fit different people and different locations. For those interested in aesthetics, nearly any finish, color, and style of a machine can be found.

More pragmatic variations exist in coffee machines. You can get automatic coffee machines, espresso, French presses, vacuum, drip, pods, and stove top types. Additionally, nearly all of these machines can specialize in producing hot or cold brewed coffee. Many of these machines also do the coffee grinding for you.

There are hundreds of companies that have their brands on at least one type of machine. Among the most common types of makers are Sunbeam, Senseo, Saeco, Breville, Delonghi, and Jura.

In addition to coming in a variety of colors, these machines can be made of a variety of materials. Plastic, stainless steal, and glass are the most common materials composing coffee machines. The main material to be aware of is shatterproof glass. You want your carafe to be shatterproof glass.

If you have a giant kitchen or a large office coffee room, you will want to get a commercial type that can make twenty or more cups of coffee at one time. Many of these commercial machines will also include some very nice extra features such as a thermostat, warming plate, filter, timer, and frothing system. As you might guess, a machine with most of these features can be quite expensive. The main thing to remember is that the price can be adjusted downward by doing without various features. Some have found the price reasonable enough to buy one of these models for the home.

Which brings us to the closing concept of shopping within your budget among your options. If the machine doesn't make the kind of coffee you drink the most, you probably don't want to spend much money on it. For example, if you mostly drink cappuccino, how often will you really use the machine instead of an instant cappuccino or going to the coffee shop for cappuccino? Save up and shop for a good cappuccino maker in this case as you'll be much happier with it. You should always shop around until you can find the best coffee maker that makes the perfect coffee for you within your budget.

Handpresso Handheld Espresso Machine

!±8± Handpresso Handheld Espresso Machine

In this article we discuss the Handpresso range of espresso machines.

The range consists of the Handpresso Wild ESE and the newer Handpresso Wild Domepod.

The Handpresso Wild ESE allows you to make great espresso on the move wherever you may be. All you need is access to some hot water and within a couple of minutes you'll have a great cup of espresso with a rich crema and full flavour.

The letters ESE stand for: Easy Serving Espresso; a widely adopted industry standard of coffee pods that fit into a lot of consumer espresso machines. These pods contain a premeasured and tamped portion of coffee; enough to make one espresso. The Handpresso Wild ESE only accepts ESE pods. This is a bit restrictive as it doesn't allow you to use the full range of great coffee products that are available for purchase.

If you don't mind this then the Handpresso Wild ESE certainly offers you a great deal of convenience.

Otherwise, the Handpresso Wild Domepod may just be the Handpresso product for you. It is very similar to the Handpresso Wild ESE except that it accepts ground coffee. Ground coffee is often cheaper than ESE pods and in addition, there is a much greater variety of ground coffee available on the market.

So now that we've established the difference between the two members of the Handpresso family let's discuss how they actually work.

Both the machines are 'piston driven' espresso machines. In essence, they rely on the user to generate the perfect pressure for making espresso using an integrated hand pump. It takes about 35 pumps to generate the 16 Bar required. You simply add your coffee (ground or ESE pod depending on the model you are using), fill the machine with hot water (from a Thermos flask for example), pressurise the system to 16 Bar with the hand pump and press the button.

As well as the machines themselves, Handpresso stock a wide range of accessories. These include a carrying case, cups, a travel pack, an intense portafilter and a coffee storage system. The coffee storage system (officially called The Domepod Case) allows you to carry three premeasured portions of ground coffee with you so you don't have to deal with the mess and hassle of dealing with ground coffee on the go. The intense portafilter slows down the brewing process so you end up with a shorter espresso with a more intense flavour (Ristretto).

The Handpresso range is great. In an instant you'll have a great cup of espresso ready for your enjoyment no matter where you are. The whole process takes only a few minutes. If you are a coffee lover who can't face the prospect of going cold turkey, carrying one of these machines with you could be the lifeline you need!
